I recently ordered food directly from a restaurant’s website. The restaurant used Toast to process the order, then sent an Uber courier to deliver it. The courier picked up the food. Uber later canceled the delivery. Nothing arrived. When I contacted the restaurant, it acknowledged that the courier had taken the order but refused to refund me.
